DOST-PHIVOLCS recorded two volcanic earthquakes beneath Kanlaon volcano over the past 24 hours. There is continued long term edifice inflation which has been occurring since 2017, while in the short-term, the southeastern flanks recorded slow inflation of the lower slopes since May 2019 and pronounced inflation of the upper slopes in the end of January 2020.
