Karymsky volcano (Kamchatka): moderate activity continues

KVERT reported that moderate explosion at 17:20 local time are being observed. Emissions of steam and ash were generated by the explosion which reached approx. 23,000 ft (7,000 m) altitude and drifted E-NE. Thermal anomaly was observed in satellite images.
