Fuego Volcano (Guatemala): continued moderate to strong Strombolian activity

Strombolian activity continues with OVFGO (Volcan de Fuego Observatory) reported 10 -15 explosions per hour over the past 24 hours. This generated grey ash plumes reaching 4500 to 4800 m.a.s.l (14763 to 15748 feet) and drifted W and SW approximately 25 km.
