The lava effusion from Piton de la Fournaise ended (image: Sentinel-2)The effusive eruption at the volcano ended after more than 2 months. Following the latest Sentinel-2 thermal image and local observatory, there are no lava flow signs anymore. The seismic network detected 7 volcano-tectonic earthquakes on 20 April.
