Strombolian activity at the volcano continues at low levels.

Bright emissions of steam, gas and a small amount of ash are emitted from the summit vent associated with glowing ejecta throwing within the crater area. The vivid summit lava-filled pond remains active, hinting the continuous delicate equilibrium between heat and magma supply and loss (through cooling and mild emissions during degassing).

The Volcanic Alert Level remains at Orange with 500-meter exclusion zone around the main crater in place.
