Strombolian activity at the volcano continues to be elevated.
Lava-fountaining episodes (classified as paroxysm) continue from the summit vent at roughly regular intervals reaching approx. 70-100 meters in height.
In addition, ash emissions were monitored at 12:28 PM local time yesterday rising about 80 meters above the crater.
The Volcanic Alert Level remains at Yellow with 500 meters exclusion zone around the main crater in place.
