Degassing activity at Chikurachki volcano yesteraday (image: KVERT)
The Kamchatka Volcanic Eruption Response Team (KVERT) reported that the explosive eruption period at the volcano during 30 June-1 July stopped.
The activity is dominated by „only“ venting of gas and steam plumes at the summit vent instead.
