The activity of the volcano is dominated by dense ash emissions from the North Cone of Mount Cerberus during the past two days.
Another phase of sustained ash emissions continued most of this morning, starting at about 06:44 local time, reaching altitude of 6,000 ft (1,800 m).

The seismic activity remains elevated with intermittent tremor.
