Soufriere Hills (Montserrat, West Indies (UK)): (6 May) A smaller rockfall activity occurred at the volcano starting on 28 April at 22:50 local time until 1 May.
The reason for the event is a partial collapse of the lava dome in combination with a recent heavy rainfall resulting in the flow tumbling down the slope.
