The effusive eruption at the volcano continues.
Judging from today’s clear available image, the lava continues to supply the Nyiragongo’s main lava lake and its currently stable condition suggests that there is a delicate equilibrium between heat and magma supply and loss (through cooling and mild emissions during degassing).
