New lava flow on the E slope at Pavlof volcano yesterday (image: Sentinel 2)

Clear satellite images from 12 December confirmed that a new lava flow started to emerge from the summit vent, descended on the eastern flank.
The seismic activity remains elevated over the past 24 hours, but no explosive eruption has been detected nor significant deformation parameters of the volcanic edifice.
