Periods of pyroclastic flows continue to slide down along the Sciara del Fuoco from where flowing directly into the sea. Dense grey-to-black lifted ash plumes rise into the sky as they detach from tumbling currents.

The intense activity at the volcano took place throughout the yesterday and has been continuing over the last night.
Judging from both either satellite imagery or LBZ webcam, the active lava flow continues to advance towards the sea entry and still generates dense pyroclastic flows engulfing Sciara del Fuoco as it descends the slope.
