Eruption at Shiveluch volcano yesterday (image: KVERT)
The explosive activity continues from the active crater.
A moderate explosion at the volcano yesterday generated an ash plume whose height is unknown and was not reported by the VAAC Tokyo nor by the local observatory yet. From available surveillance cameras seem to be in the order of 3-4 km above the summit.
