The surveillance cameras observed an explosion at the volcano around 08:00 local time yesterday.
Vulcanian-type eruption produced a dense dark ash column with unknown altitude as neither the local observatory nor the VAAC hasn’t reported a record so far, but from available images, it seems to reached about 2-3 km above the summit crater.
