Ebeko volcano (Paramushir Island, Kurils, Russia): activity remains unchanged

The explosive eruption of the volcano continues. No significant change in the activity has occurred during the past months.
The volcano continues to produce moderate, sometimes strong vulcanian-type eruptions accompanied by ash plumes with an average altitude of 10,000 ft-14,000 ft (3,048 m-4,300 m). The erupted ash is being extended about 3 km, most often to the SE-NE direction.
