Sinabung (Sumatra, Indonesia): (20 Nov) The effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano continues at elevated levels characterized by near-constant pyroclastic flows.
Continued rise of fresh viscous magma accumulating in actively growing lava dome in the inner summit crater causes generating the block-and-ash flows likely caused by gravitational collapse of the lava dome.

The block-and-ash flows continue to be observed that traveled over the southeast flanks at about 4,921 ft (1,500 m) distance from the summit. The phoenix clouds are associated with this process.
The sporadic explosions at the volcano generated an ash plumes, which reached approx. 12,000 ft (3,600 m) altitude.

Dukono (Halmahera): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 7000 ft (2100 m) altitude or flight level 070 .

The Instituto Geofísico del Perú (IGP) reported a few days ago that satellite images confirmed a new lava dome located in the northeastern part of the crater.
According to volcano observatory an area of the new lava dome is approx. 12,000 m².

The new lava dome growth is associated with increasing activity such as stronger explosions, higher thermal anomaly and constant incandescence that suggest continued rise of fresh magma accumulating as a new lava dome in the inner summit crater.
They dubbed it the „Iskay“ (two in quechua language) as it is the second in the current eruptive process.
