Etna volcano (Sicily, Italy): increasing activity continues

Increasing strombolian activity continues at the saddle vent of the New SE crater. On 14 August at 10:49 local time strombolian explosions produced a dark ash plumes which fluctuated a lot in frequency of explosions.
