Yasur volcano (Tanna Island, Vanuatu): activity remains unchanged

On 16 March Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Wellington recorded an explosion at the volcano that generated an ash plume, which reached approx. 5,000 ft (1,500 m) altitude.
