Wildlife in Virginia May Be in Danger—Act Now!

PETA has been advised that Eagle Construction of VA has deployed plastic erosion-control netting to keep straw in place at its GreenGate construction site in Henrico, Virginia. Numerous animals have reportedly become entangled as a result, some fatally. Plastic erosion-control netting is notorious for ensnaring and killing wildlife, and its nonbiodegradable nature is an environmental concern.

On May 8, this snake apparently died after becoming stuck in plastic erosion-control netting at Eagle Construction of VA’s GreenGate construction site.
